      Dealer Reviews are captured from Social Review Sites such as Google, DealerRater, etc. Where as the OEM CSI Surveys are captured from the surveyed returned by customers filling the surveys.

      The positive Social Reviews can help the Dealership to bring new customers, where as the negative Social Reviews hurt the dealership by scaring the customers away. It is very import to address and resolve the customer complaint in the negative reviews with in a week or less, so that the dealership can respond to customer negative review with in a week. If not responded with in a week, the dealership may not able to respond to the customer after the elapsed period.
