Dealers can improve SSI rating by conducting surveys through E-mail System using DealTimer's Interactive Voice System or IVR system. Alternatively, the same surveys can conduct by sending e-mail campaigns with surveys as attachment.

There is 3rd way to conduct when customers logged into the Service Login portal.
